Welcome to Mason Quartermaster, aka MasonQM

This site is dedicated to building modular applications using the Mason framework. These applications are built around the MasonHQ "Source for this site", however have been heavily modified. The goal is to publish CMS type tools that other Mason developers can use in their own applications. We realize that there is a ton of prebuilt software out there that is easier and better for most people. The main concern here is building applications for larger custom systems with heavy traffic.

To get the most out of this site, you should have at least one Intel based server running Linux - preferably Fedora 14 - if not several servers to play with. For the purposes of running a basic Mason site running VMWare Workstation with Fedora 14 is sufficient. Once we begin to dicuss Heartbeat failover systems you need to have physical hardware.
